SAFETY POLICY
Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any of our products. Some products sold on this website are unsuitable for children under three (3) years of age. Small parts, ribbons or packaging could cause a safety hazard to small children if misused. We deny all responsibility for any harm or damage that occurs incidental to any product of or sold by Fairy Fashion Tutus.
RETURN POLICY
Many of our unique designs of baby & toddler girls’ ballet tutus and fairy princess costume accessories are custom made to order within a 3-week processing time before shipment. Please be aware that due to the custom nature of these products, there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS offered for any item. All sales are final, with NO returns or exchanges allowed unless an item is defective upon delivery.
This policy prevents the possible abuse of a costume item being worn once and then returned for credit. All slipper/shoe sales are final, with no exchanges allowed for incorrect fit, so please contact us before ordering slippers or shoes to be sure you order the correct shoe size. There are NO warranties against wear & tear of any item with use. If your merchandise is defective upon receipt, however, please contact us and we will gladly exchange it for a replacement item in the same style.
SHIPPING POLICY
As many of the items on our website are custom made to order, your order will be filled within a general 3-week processing time and then shipped by US Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post within the US or by Global Express Mail for international orders.
If you need an order shipped sooner than the standard 3-week processing time, please contact us before placing the order to verify that the items are in stock OR can be custom made and shipped in time to meet your requested delivery date. Please contact Mara at 801-915-8409 with any urgent delivery requests.
If a RUSH order request is approved, please select the RUSH shipping option at checkout, and be sure to make a note in the comment box requesting delivery by the date needed. Orders with a requested shipment date within 72 hours (3 days) of order placement will be subject to an additional 10% RUSH FEE.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected on this site will not be sold, shared or rented to others.
We request information from customers on our shopping cart order form. Here customers must provide contact information (name, billing & shipping address) and financial information (credit card info, expiration date). This information is used only for billing purposes and to fill orders accurately. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information will be used to get in touch with a customer.

For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, users will not have to provide address details each time they order, and the shopping cart can remember information provided earlier.
