SHIPPING INFORMATION
As many of the items on our website are custom made to order, your order will be filled within a general 3-week processing time and then shipped by US Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post within the US or by International Express Mail for international orders with delivery outside the United States.
If you need an order shipped sooner than the standard 3-week processing time, please contact us before placing the order to verify that the items are in stock OR can be custom made and shipped in time to meet your requested delivery date. Please contact Mara at 801-915-8409 with any urgent delivery requests.
If a RUSH order request is approved, please select the RUSH shipping option at checkout, and be sure to make a note in the comment box requesting delivery by the date needed. Orders with a requested shipment date within 72 hours (3 days) of order placement will be subject to an additional 10% RUSH FEE.

Optional shipping insurance is available for all orders at an additional cost.
Liability for the shipped order transfers to the customer when the package is accepted at the post office or shipping center. Lost, misdirected, refused or returned orders will NOT be refunded or credited for ANY reason.
